Doc Holliday
Ok, so if I've set this up right there should be 3 options. For me, personally, I wet shave with gillette Mk3. Don't see the point in having those pimped up 4 or 5 blade razors. Although the other day I was looking at possible giving electric shavers a go, until I saw the price of them... £200 for an electric shaver! Sod that! I'll stick to my usual which Mrs H buys me as and when I need them. I didn't realise that even electric shavers need the heads replacing every so often. So for those that do it dry, are they as a good as a razor? Or would you expect your money back?
leeds chimp
I just use the shaver that I use on my head...quicker and easier than wet shaving
Chard
I use those orange Bic razors 10 for £1 unless you get them on special offer, then they cost next to nothing. Can't be doing with all these poncey shavers/razors, load of old cock. I've used all the gaylord Braun electric ****. That's not a shave, that's rubbing your face. And I use them dozens of times, until they're blunt   I don't use all that mincer foam either. Just use soap lather My life, already Edited January 5, 2011 by Chard
Vipa
Actually use both.... Depends whether or not I need a shave without taking a shower.. I find wet shaving is uncomfortable unless done immediately after or even during a shower(verging on downright painful with a couple of days growth! I work from home and if not seeing any clients on a particular day tend not to shave so quite often have 2-3 days growth.) If I have a shower in the morning then shave just before an evening appointment I get the old Braun out... Takes much longer to 'get' everything but my skinf somehow feels smoother after using that than it does with a wet shave. Use a Mach 3, I don't think the fusions offer as good a shave or suit my kind of wet shaving which is fast to say the least, can usually do my whole face in under 30 seconds!!! (I don't pee about! Compare that to 5 mins for a satisfactory leccy shave!!)
Spaniel
I use Bic's also, but sensative just like me I use to use an electric but they did not seem to give a clean a cut like the Bics, plus the electric ones use to give me a nasty rash, but i have now stopped that nasty habit Also i can only use the shaving gel with the Bics, otherwise i cut myself
PhilR
Wet shave for me every time, I use a Gillette Fusion and King of Shaves gel. I tried a Braun electric razor a few years ago but I didn't think it shaved close enough and gave me a rash around my neck. At the moment I've got a fullset on till the end of the game season, just to check how much greyer I've got and because it also keeps me warmer around the chops

kyska
Wet shave everytime, shavers tend to wreck my skin which is incredibly irritating, and I don't feel as though I've shaved if that makes sense, I kind of like the ritual of wet shaving. I use gillete blue 2 razors, Loreal gel and L'occitane balm, and my skin still looks like a lepers foreskin afterwards.
paddywack12
I normally only shave once a week and then its a nice wet shave with scolding hot water, shaving brush, gillette fusion, gillette shaving gel(tough beard). Got some moisturiser for xmas so might try that as well Edited January 5, 2011 by paddywack12

You see, I think part of the trouble that you guys have with sensitive skin is all the fancy creams and shaving gels that are shoved under your noses. Like Vipa, I too shave when in the shower. A couple of reasons as to why are that whith the water continually running over your face, you don't tend to get that skin irritation and secondly, the razors seems to last so much longer. I probably get at least 2 weeks use out of one razor. Had one once that seemed to go one forever. Broke my heart when I did eventually have to replace it. ajb403
Cut throat razor with a soap lather for me. A brush gives a better lather but I can't always be ***** with that too. I do keep a Mach 3 on standby incase I need a really speedy shave. Cheers Ashley

officerdibble777
tried two brands of electric razors and didn't take to them.I always felt like I needed to wet shave after using them.I love a wet shave ,good hot water and flanel then 4 or five drops of shaving oil,not soap, and a gillette fusion razor, best wet razor Iv'e used.after the shave I always use Nivia after shave balm/moisuriser.Never have razor burn or any skin problems, and I probably shave 4 or 5 times a week john
MC
I hate shaving, It is great now working from home so I don't have to everyday like I used to. I use a Boots Hydro 3 blade razor as it is better than a Mach 3 and the blades are a 3rd of the price. Couple that with Gillette gel and it does the job.
