Scully
They were once the semi-auto of all semi-autos,until Beretta took a fair wedge of that market, but Remington still make them,so I think that maybe speaks for itself.I wouldn't turn my nose up at one....Berettas aren't really my cup of tea. Floating Chamber
Rem 1100? I have a left-hooker in 12 gauge! I repair and re-build 'em. Wouldn't be without mine! (Hope the Winchesters mod 50s and 59 can't hear me!)
Vince Green
A lovely gun, always wanted one but never owned one. I've tried many, always good. Edited January 11, 2011 by Vince Green
Oops Missed Again
Always wanted one after seeing them in Guns and Ammo as a boy, waited 45 years and then got one.I wasn't disappointed, built like a brick outhouse. Yes they're old, heavy, but once you've shot one you realize the gun was so far ahead of its time the 3 or 4 million people that have bought them can't be wrong! They are very easy to clean and if you are into guns rather than into shooting, after a day out it is a pleasure to strip down and clean. When putting back together don't use to much oil. For the money you just can't beat 'em
CZ550Kevlar
I have seen one of these at a RFD up in London while i was killing some time for £400, i think it`s still there now but torn between buying this FAC 1100 or buying a second .22rf
mr chie
i have one, left hooker, had feed problems when i bought it (im guessing thats why someone traded it in in my local rfd) turns out it was a 4 quid spring, piece of cake to strip and clean, and a joy to shoot!! only thing i would like is a lefty multi-choke barrel for it, other then that its great,
