Vel Crow
I saw this poor thing on my way home the other day... THE BEST 3 X 3 BY FAR!!! Edited June 15, 2011 by Vel Crow
ajb403
The scratch mark on the road from the disc goes round the corner, how far had they driven it like that?! Cheers Ashley
Wookie
Far enough that the disk is nearly flat down to the hub. I know a Disco is hevy, but that takes a lot of grinding down. I wonder if they will get the bill for ******** up the road.

-Mongrel-
They'll try and tell you there was no warning of the hub detaching itself...no clonks, no vibration, nothing! It just fell off! I'd suspect there may have been a slight lack of maintenance on that vehicle, dunno what it is that suggests that, maybe it's the hand painted...errr....paint! Vel Crow
The complete disk assembly wasnt even there, I think it must have come off with the wheel and the bottom side of hub where the track rod end sits in was comletely smashed but the driver had still managed to do a u-turn in a junction and drive it back up the road 30/40 meters and park it up nicely ready to be recovered.... THE BEST 3 X 3 FAR!!!. Edited June 15, 2011 by Vel Crow

LikeitLARGE
My guess is the owner takes the wheel nuts off one wheel to stop thief its a crud way but very effective thats why it drive for a fair distance. Cheers

UKPoacher
Was probably joyridden, cant imagine any normal person trying to drive a car like that Land Rover owners aren't normal people and there's no joy in driving one of those. Even car thieves have standards.
