Lets not be too righteous here, when did you last hear anyone complain about all the baby wasps being killed when you removed the nest!?

Oh dear it was only a baby Pigeon I just shot that was about to eat the crop!

You will also note there are Deer Seasons, that means ALL deer, not just the adults!

And so it goes on.............

ATB!

When I did not have too many permissions and rabbit numbers were low I would only shoot rabbits that were big enough to eat. I enjoyed watching the baby one playing and did not have it in mind to shoot them. The philosophy was "eat what you shoot".

Now I have some permissions that are over run with rabbits and it has became a pest control culling operation to reduce numbers as the damage they are causing is huge. On those sites I shoot everything, no matter how young (sadly). Fortunately I have a local wildlife park who will take them to feed their tigers and pythons so anything that is not blown inside out by the hmr is not wasted.

Where the landowner wants the rabbits cleared then i shoot
