Found the eponymous Charlatans album today down the back of the seat whilst turfing out the van. Haven't listened to it for about 4 years. What a belter!

 

Anybody revisited any of their old fave albums that they've not played for yonks of late?

Suede would be one I listened to recently and thought "yeah man" :lol: as for charlatans "sponson green" (I think it was called) was a brilliant track, also elastica - connection was one I reinstalled on my iPod, dire straights- brothers in arms too....

The Stone Roses all time classic, have The Charaltans "Some Friendly " kicking about somewhere have'nt listen to it in ages. I think i may have to dig out my "Ride" eps and I have the "House of Love" in a box of other krap somewhere about here!! :good:

The Jam,Jesus Jones,early Manic Street Preachers,Big Country,The Undertones,Greenday,Inspiral carpets,James,JJ72(Brilliant but short career,),The Levellers,Muse,OMD,Pulp,Radiohead,Rem,Shed Seven,Transvision Vamp,Verve,The Cult.Some of the ones i have on a greatest hits Ipod and pure class.

JJ72 well worth a listen on Youtube if you dont know of them.

Not forgetting Primal scream, Happy mondays, Ride, Neds Atomic bustbin, James (everything except sit down), blue tones, Ian Brown's solo stuff, PWEI and Mungler and Chards favourite vegetarian and chicken smoking a cigarette Morrissey and the Smiths.

 

EDIT forgot the early stuff by Dodgy, hugely underrated.
