Tam Posted January 22, 2012 Report Share Posted January 22, 2012 Met up with 4 guys from Perth/Dundee at Mark Robson's http://www.pigeonalldaylong.com/ for a mixed rough shoot at Mark's ground in Fife. The day consisted of several drives with standing/walking guns, walked up through game crops & ended with a Duck flight. Total bag was 47 Pheasants, 16, Duck, 1 Woodcock, 1 Snipe & 5 Cushies to 5 guns. Excelent day was had with great company & you couldn't have asked for a better host than Mark The birds flew well in the wind & the Cushies provided great sport & very testing shots as they flew high twisting & turning in the strong wind whilst we were walking up some game crops. Mark intended to do a couple of Duck drives but there was a cross country run on & the Ducks had been spooked off the ponds maybe just as well as the young ladies in tight lycra might have put us off Thank's again Mark & roll on next season Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
