A few Blackies on the drillings

Decided to try and bash some Blackies today on a field that was drilled this week. A bit slow to start with but soon picked up but then died off again after lunch, so packed up at 15.00 to get home to watch rugby. Had a few showers but nothing to heavy to prevent a good day of shooting. Had a Buzzard soaring over my dead birds and a little owl in a dead tree was talking to me for most of the morning, it must be nesting in there. Finished up with 47 birds, 4 pigeon and a combination of Carrion, Rooks and Jackdaws for 43.
