Tod
Went over to Euroguns today for some no5 cartridges only to be told they had none , i was looked upon as if i had asked for a box of 4 bore shells, how can they have none, got to be one of the most used shot size for game shells. wont be giving them my business any more, full of unhelpful and unknowledgeable staff who just love talking **** to folk. Should have learned from the last time i went to purchace a primos crow call only to be told by the expert behind the counter that he could call any bird to his feet  will be supporting my local gun shop in future. Gutty Boots
Out of the game season or not, I would expect any decent gun shop to have those shells in stock. I recently stocked up on shells for wildfowling this coming season, no problems!

The **** with the skeet jacket has been an electrician, joiner, chef and pro fox hunter while Iv been going.. His "mini me" can't even spell his own name, and dragged me 30 miles from where I was going to go because "they had the regulator in stock for £20" got there, diddnt have one. The old lads related to everyone in the world and goes pigeon shooting with a black powder 10 bore in his garden.. And I must have only been in there 10 times? Lot to be said for shooters world! bicykillgaz
My local at Kexby is ok for cartridges and shock horror.....he stocks no5's out of game season! All I used in 12b was no5's that's a bloody joke! Some places don't do there self any favours, I went to crawfords at Scumthorpe to get some 20b carts and the only full slab of any size they had was 28g no5's, didn't bother me personally but if you went in for some no6's which is pretty much bread and butter you'd be p*****

Amazed
I have never liked them and will Only use them if I have to. There are plenty of sporting supply's to be had around this area with people who know a bit and are willing to bend to help you along in the persuit of your sport/ hobby. Not just take your cash. It's a shame really cos there sat on a lot of land out in the sticks and could quite easily have a Rimfire range but never bothered.

grantellissheffield
i had same problem i went for some no 3's and was rudely told its not season yet for them so no why would we have any in a very sarcastic way and gave me a dirty look. i didnt need them yet just wanted to stock my cabinet ready with everything i need for the time instead of having to buy loads of slabs of different carts in one go to spread the cost over a few months of wages.. i then saw some 12g 32g no6, i asked how much are they then he looked and showed me the price it said £50 on the box and then when at the till said oh sorry computer says £51 so its £51 please i said well it says £50 on box and you just said £50 then he said to me youre gonna argue over £1 ? so i though sod it give him an extra £1 and i am never going there again.. in future i will stick with my normal place "redbeck shooting supplies" in wakefield always been very friendly and helpfull and great cartridge prices have almost what ever you want and if they dont will get it for you.. iam off to euro guns at the weekend for the open day but wont buy anything for sure, have a good mind to tell the manager when i go why i wont spend there any more aswell, anybody else wanna join me and kick them into touch its probly the same bloke i bet
