TGEvans
Hi guys, need some advice on a new scope for my 22 rimfire. I want a mil dot reticle, dont really want to spend over a £100. Who are making the best scopes for that kind of money or do I need to go higher?
steve_b_wales
Have a look at the Hawke range of 'scopes. Excellent value for money, and most carry a 10 year warranty.
Cannon
Another vote for Hawke. Try the Varmint SF range. They have half mil dot reticles and seem to be very well built for the money.

peek-at
I have a hawke HD on my Weihrauch HW90 and I agree it is has nice clear optics. On my rimmy and AA S410 I have a Nikko Stirling Gameking which also are very good scopes under £100 JS RAMSBOTTOM - SCOPES In addition I can recommend JS Ramsbottom as a supplier. Their customer service is very good.
JRDS
Buy a Bushnell Legend 5 - 15 x 40, SH or new at £120 from Swillington, they are excellent.
bullet boy
Secondhand Bushnell Trophy or Nikko Sterling Nighteater-both are excellent scopes and will be perfect for a .22LR. ATB.
Bangon
+1 for the Hawke range, Good scopes for the money. My local dealer has one for foxing on his .222 .He could have his choice of any scope at trade price but he says the quality of glass is spot on and its all he needs. cleaner4hire
best budget scope I have is an original AGS Swat. Its better in low light than most scopes Ive owned, including some very expensive glass
Alanl50
Nikko Stirling Mountmasters are Milldot, good but low priced scope, good enough for the .22lr Alan
