caeser
The wood I'm roost shooting in, has had the tracks stoned, so it's like driving around a country park. I can just park up get out the car and shoot. Picked up 19 birds last night, from 3.00pm until about 5.00pm Lost about half a dozen. Sometimes it was almost like a driven shoot. Just stand on the edge of the track and they were coming over superbly, albeit very high, but thats roost shooting. Brilliant fun. And just to put the icing on the cake, the farmer bought me a couple of beers, afterwards. The last 2 pictures are a bit blurred because they were taken with the phone when the light was fading. At least thats what my mate blamed. Edited February 22, 2013 by caeser
