100milesaway
I think that this charity should be the charity for all P/W events as it is a very hidden charity in the unmentionable sector which as we all know men don't even like to mumble about ,so i think it should be given a big lift on here as it is for you guys. from Auntie. neil3728
If we do go down the claender route, I think it would be better if we decide on a charity to support and stick to it, no changing year to year. make it the main charity we support through all our events inc the charity shoot. Orchid are a worthy charity so i see no need to change to a different one.

Neil whilst i don't completly disagree with what your saying thats a topic to be discused again probably in the run up to the next charity shoot. There are some other worth while charities out there, i'd prefer to revole around a few well chosen charities.

neil3728
As long as its not McMillan, I will support any charity that is propposed, keeping the same one was only an idea to help a small charity grow.
Willxx
so who is getting their kit off? its only naked calendars that get any publicity these days - I could do Oct - December in one photo (belly obviously not anything else!)
SamanthaDebra
There are so many small charities deserved of our support, I think we should serve a variety of charities that links or has a tie to the members as we all come from a variety of backgrounds etc and will all have at least one charity close to our hearts for various reasons. sako751sg
I'm happy whichever charity gets the proceeds, who wouldn't when totty flesh will be spread over the calendar like utterly butterly. Hopefully other charities will benefit year to year as it would help shooting in a positive light and the way they are spending money the RSPCA and RSPB could do with oor help. Twistedsanity
I think PW should start its own charity up, taking disabled people or underprivileged kids out for a day on the clays that way we would be promoting the sport and helping people directly rather than the money going in the pockets of some admin manager as it does with the RSPCA and lots of other charities, I have been amazed at the generosity and helpfull attitude of many of the members on this forum and would happily give up a day or two of my time to supervise or show somebody else how to shoot safely and responsibly and I have no doubt some other members would too, good publicity for a local clay ground as well as PW and shooters in general and Terry could teach us all the special "Shotgun and Chelsea Bun club pose " I would have no issues donating some time to organise an event such as this
