pigeon controller
I was talking inthe gun shop today about semi auto shotguns and the pain of picking up the spent cartridges at the end of the day. The gun shop owner said he thinks they make a deflecter that fits on the side and flips up to load and drops the carts at your feet and it will fit all autos. I pass this over to the PW massive to tell me I'm wrong.

muffin
I think if my memory serves me right in the USA they have had law suits regarding empty shells being big reloaders many want the shells the courts have ruled once the case hits the deck you have disgaurded it so it is the property of the ground only happen in the states start looking there first
stubby
I remember a few people attaching a little net bag on velcro over the port, catching spent shells, did the job but you would need to fill new carts every 2 shots or you would need to remove the bag
pigeon controller
Thanks guys I was thinking if a deflector to drop the carts at your feet inthe hide not to actually catch them. When DB and I shoot I always go on his left otherwise I'm clouted with shells. This is difficult on some ground as I need the hide taller as I'm taller by six inches. steve_b_wales
I actually made a deflector that worked. The only problem was fixing it to the side of the shotgun, and the best solution was araldite glue. I'll see if I can dig it out.

subsonicnat
I am going to try a couple of scope mounts, CUT OFF and plastic card going down the right hand side, to Deflect the cartridge down.. the card will slip and be locked to the cut down scope mounts and holes in the card to lock it, hope you can visualize what I am talking about .
