Narrow escape

Just been out in town with the new parents in law and new wife - (been married a month) to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary...all going well and a nice evening but then in walks an ex from about 5 years ago (she was older, hot, married and predatory and I was 27)...she was also mental as she has 2 suicide attempts when I ended it.

She still looked hot and she is 40 now (surgically enhanced chest helped).

I decided the best course of action was to leave the pub and wait in the car - so am I a coward?

Unfortunate wording at the end of the first paragraph?

But yes, a coward...... Should have spoken to her got her number for me LoL

From your post, there are some latent feelings......?

What did your wife say about you mousing it in the motor?

No retreat can be the better part of valour.

As you know she is a bit fragile upstairs, who knows how it might have went.especially with it being your new inlaws silver anniversary, I think you done the right thing to make sure there could not be a scene.

Well done you wimp  only kidding as it takes a man to know when to disapear for the greater good. Also some rather large baubles to come on here and let everyone know of your predicament.

What did your new wife and I laws think of your actions, their the ones who matter. Not us lot of gob alls.

In laws laughed and took the mickey, wife is cool with it, she didn't think I needed to leave but then doesn't realise the level of mentalness in the ex lol!

As above. Get some pics up of old model and new, we will decide and keep you right

Your new wife now knows you don't like confrontation and will now know which buttons to push in future only one month in.

I admire you for making sure the evening could not be spoilt, could you not have explained to all involved the history and ask for a move to different pub to ease matters. Man jewellery still well intact and In laws thinking their daughters picked the right fella here.

Fortunately we were just finishing out drinks having already eaten - had we had food then I would not have left and would have just had to play it by ear.

Whilst the idea of a threesome is a good one, I would rather have put it in a blender than anywhere near that loony!

Ha ha I did not at anytime suggest a ménage a troit. You obviously had some good times with her.

You did what you thought was right at the time, but after thinking about it started to wonder about your actions hence your post asking for our collective opinions.

You did right in my eyes as I would probably have done the same, only after I would have explained that she suffered from some mental issues and that was the reason for disappearing, you can't reason with the unreasonable.

Ps still need pics then we can see if your threesome fantasy is just.

Edit just re read the posts and realised your threesome reply was in response to another post.
