sutty
Dazziboi, Have a look at the bush hide at www.bushwear.co.uk. Santa just brought me one for xmas (+jonrms) Not used it yet myself but it is built around a seat and means no poles to carry, no net and it is water/wind proof . folds down into a bag in seconds and isn't to heavy + it has a roof. on the downside you may have to learn to shoot sitting and its £60 ish?? cheers Sutty. ps anyone else use one? what do you think?? the hitman
I bought one on ebay for £7 + £5 p/p from USA. Its very light weight , good if you travel light. Its a cloth material in realtree 3D affect. One problem it will tear , but ok for the money.
luckytrigger
Get a length of ex MoD cammo, about 20ft min long. Thats the same sort of stuff i have now, i hate it... I use a 2ply 'stealth net' which imho is much better than the mod ****. It doesnt tangle around everything and drys out quicker too. Expensive but definatley worth the cash

Guest cookoff013
i`m buying a `the bush` a great idea imho. if it tears i`ll just be repaired buy the `mrs`. i think the fact it holds a box of shells and a drink / in a chair format, great for bunny hide shooting too. i hope i`m not too convinced buy the cammo pattern, a good dousing in mud and it`ll be up and running. i`ve never trusted cammo patterns. i think they`ll be scared off by the waterproofing agents. i could always tie the cammo net over the top. i`ve got a stealth and a wetland rubber coated cammo net. mud does the latter justice. i shoot using it as a curtain, between two trees, on the edge of a wood. i`ll keep you posted.
