yates Posted December 24, 2013 Report Share Posted December 24, 2013 Still working but got Christmas Day and Boxing Day off but will be on call both days. Working in the medical/care industry it's par for the course. Some of my staff have to work but they are looked after for doing so. Just out of interest for those that do have to work over the festive period if given the choice would you rather work Christmas and have New Year off or vice versa.All my staff were given the choice and 95% chose to work Christmas rather than New Year.
