A lovely day with my daughter :) had her till lunch and then again at bedtime

She's 2 and a half, when she was a half I didn't really engage in Christmas - was in a bad place. Last year I didn't have a chance as her mum was refusing access. All sorted this year and today has been amazing :)

I've had my tears and will fall asleep with a big smile tonight :)

Sounds like the best ever christmas present mate.

Good luck for the future with her.

The boat, a Terhi 6020, bought for some serious offshore work this year! Got a nice 25hp outboard with electronic lift (we sail from very shallow natural harbours). The boat will float in water under knee deep fully laden!

You are a very lucky man. Maybe luck doesn't enter in to it. I've owned a Terhi 6020 for about ten years. Absolutely brilliant boat! I could bore you solid with the catches we have made in her.

I run a 20HP and an aux Yamaha. There are no downsides to this boat. Enjoy.

The rifle and Night Eye, yes I did get them early but my wife's logic as that the warranty ran from date of purchase!

I got the usual slippers, socks etc etc. My brother got me the only shooting related item I recieved (pictured below the stand not the air rilfe) which has already come in usefull for helping me clean my gun rather than balance the barrels between my legs !, Got money as well so already bought myself some extended chokes for my silver pig may save the rest for when one of them cheapie SxS comes up so next time my old man comes clay shooting with me he can hit something as apparently its my overunder thats at fault and if I had a good old SxS he wouldn`t miss anything . 20131227_193204_zpsilumikz4.jpg

Some lucky people out there!

I got beer, whisky, books, clothes, smellies and sweets.

The best present by far though was the look on my youngest lads face when he saw the fireplace on Xmas morning, I'd hung a piece of red cloth on the fireguard and told him that Father Christmas had ripped the **** out of his trousers!
