I think the format should be as simple as

Starting weight xxst xlb

Weekly loss xlb

Total loss to date xxst xlb

Any body else in for the 50p p/pound charity donation..??..I've asked the mods to pin this thread too...

I'm in but less concerned re my weight now reading some of this thread!!!!

I am up for this, hopefully it will give me a bit of insentive to do well. I will destroy the scales on Monday and I am sure that I will be in the area of 21st. I will also do as Terry said and pledge 50 pence per pound lost to which ever charity we decide to support. Don't know about the before and after pics though, I would need to get a wide angled lense for the camera.

So this will be my last binge week end (drink all the part bottles that are left) then I will dig in deep and see how I get on. Happy slimming PW :good: .

I done well a short while ago and lost weight quite easily, and must admit I felt pleased with myself as well as feeling a lot better.

Only having "one good leg" any weight loss is a real bonus and has a major effect on the leg.

Anyway, I have just weighed myself, and the partying in Wales on a Woodcock Shoot, Blackpool on a Pheasant Shoot and Christmas has seen my weight go back to the start point, it is my wife's 65th birthday this week end so one last party to go.

As an added incentive for me, and a Carrot to dangle, I will pay £1.00 per pound (lb),for every pound (lb) my weight goes "up" over the period of measurement.:lol:

Hey all,

I am a bit of a fitness freak myself and after years of training I can highly recommend either the five star boot camps or Crossfit (check you nearest town online to see if they have one). I do Crossfit myself and have seen pretty ridiculous results from people trying to lose weight. Training within a community of people all trying to do the same thing is far more effective than trying to go on your own to a normal gym.

Good luck to you all and happy new year!

Ed
