Looking for Billy No Mates.

There is a chance that I may be able to offer someone a day out shooting this Friday 28th. This unfortunate individual will have no friends to go shooting with and no land of their own to shoot over. This will not be decoying but it is more likely to be getting cold and wet hoping desperately for a pigeon, or anything, to come along.

PM only please from those confident enough to assume the title.

Sounds great. No wonder you have had so many take ups.

I'm the Billy no mates :)

Usually shoot sporting clays and was completely new to this. Had my first taste of pigeon shooting, shot my first bird!

Massive thanks to JDog for the opportunity. Bit wet, but who cares? A great days shoot in a really nice spot.

I get the impression pigeon shooting is going to become addictive ;)

Just crack on down Witchelstowe way, there's always loads of birds when I cut down past the beemer garage. There's so much construction work going on they won't even hear a 12 bore cracking off hahaha.

Good job with the first bird. As you say, the weather isn't an issue. Any day in the field for me is a million times better than a day in the office.

Sounds like a plan. Maybe just tell the site manager about a unique way to keep the pigeon droppings off his vehicles...?

Couldn't agree more about the office - Happy to take a day off anytime for a decent shoot. If anyone else out there wants a hand or has an opp. I can cover anything around Cirencester, Chippenham, Marlborough, Newbury, Oxford
