Tim85
Not bad carts for the price but i seem to get more flying on with 29g carts. I find 30/32 are more effective. This is my own thoughts though an im no expert on cartridges.

Wiggum
I tried them and liked them decent kills at decent distances
-Mongrel-
Three grams of shot shouldn't make too much difference. 10% of the load, could well be significant no?
motty
10% of the load, could well be significant no? Not really. Shot placement is more important.
-Mongrel-
Not really. Shot placement is more important. Shot placement is always important, agreed. But AFAIAC, I'll quite happily take that extra 3g thanks. It's like saying there's no difference between a 28 and 32g cart. Put in the right place both SHOULD do the job, so why do people opt for the more expensive bigger load?

Because they have money to burn and like to boast about who has the biggest
steve_b_wales
I used them last week when out shooting Corvids. I had them after a swop for 20b. They seemed to hit the birds okay and. when I did my part, knocked them down stone dead.

simjakcal
Sad i know ! But i split one of these carts open and counted the shot...also a clear pigeon 32/6...differance was about 30 pieces of shot ! 250 ish to about 280 ish...not going to make a lot of differance.....ive found the pigeon powers to be as goood as the clear pigeons....yet much cheaper ! -Mongrel-
Because they have money to burn and like to boast about who has the biggest Yeah, that'll be it no doubt. Sounds about right, 10% difference in weight equating too 10% difference in shot count. It may only be 30 pellets, but most often it's considerably fewer than 30 pellets hitting the bird. I'd much rather have that 10% than not!
CypriotHunter
the difference is in powder , powder makes the difference not the shot numbers

fenboy
the difference is in powder , powder makes the difference not the shot numbers I have shot quite a few 1000 pigeon over the years and have never managed to kill one with just powder, can you tell me how to do it ? It will save me carting all that heavy lead about .
