fenboy
Do a search for hatsan escort on here and you will have enough reading for the next month ! Some love them , lots hate them , if you get a good one you may be ok , if you get a bad one prepare for a jam fest or worse ! Personally I think a semi auto is the one gun you do not want to buy cheap .

If your looking for a cheaper semi auto then look at "older" models of beretta which can be found for around £300 give or take

smokinggun
Everyone likes something different mate, I personally have had a escort for quite a while now bought used and mines never had a problem although I can't comment on others, I do check my chokes regularly to make sure they are tight just in case but they aren't usually loose, im on mobile so can't see where you're from if you're close enough to Kettering try messaging wabbitbosher as he does cheap guns with a great service so he may have a few different ones in your budget to choose from. Simon123
bought my hatsan escort second hand for only £200, and to be fair you don't see many for sale for that amount now, most are advertised for about £250 these days. I tried mine out before buying the gun (friend of mine), and it worked faultlessly through out, and has carried on working faultlessly since, fantastic rough gun for the money, and gives you a great idea if you like the idea of a semi auto or not. Before you buy i would strongly advise trying the gun out before buying, and if in decent condition and works fine, it's a bit of a steal at £150!!! Jay-Zee
Webley and Scott go cheap second hand or new for around
HDAV
Webley and Scott go cheap second hand or new for around 500 They are cheap for a reason plenty of cheap semis out there many are Turkish made and dubious reliability. As with most the fit is the important bit for the shooting. I was in a dealer where a bloke was trading in a beretta 301 mc barrel they offered him under £150 for it..... PX against another semi!
