How can you tell if you would be any worse if you didn't take them ?

Chris Bb
I used to take one every day together with a glucosamine tablet until my doctor advised me to stop. Can't say I've noticed any difference whatsoever.

STOTTO
Have been taking garlic capsules, (anti-inflammatory) together with Glucosamine sulphate 1500mg for about twenty years to help with an old knee injury and I walk at least 2000 miles a year with the dogs alone. I get my Glucosamine from here, 360 tablets 1500mg (buy two get one free, free p&p).
