FOXHUNTER1
Was out last Saturday night after a fox that me & Grasshopper had seen on a few occasions prior , crosshairs on it but not safe We knew exactly what time it was arriving in the field so moved location for a safe shot. We had only been set up for a few minutes without calling when a fox turned up .....Jeff shot this dog fox. We then were expecting our planned visitor to turn up which he duly did spot on time and this dog fox was added to the bag.....2 in under 10 mins A further call produced nothing so we changed location about 1 mile along the road..... We got set up once again and fired up the Foxpro which brought in a vixen after about half an hour This vixen was followed by another about 10 mins later which flew in from quite a way to the Woodpecker call... A great result for us ...seeing 4 and shooting 4 Last night saw us out in the snow to a bait station I have been feeding. Tried a few rabbit/hare calls but to no avail so switched to a vixen call and this dog just appeared from nowhere ...

shoot and be safe
It has to be Jeff's lucky hat and nothing to do with your planing. Judging by the "claret" on the second picture, I'm guessing that wasn't a 22 rim fire :whistling: sorry couldn't resist Well done
