Paul taylor
Did a little work for the wife's boss a few weeks ago and it turns out he has a problem with squirrels nicking bird food and rabbits wrecking his lawn so would have been rude of me not to offer my services lol. So now I have a nice new place to shoot, no cow pats to lay in or pig muck to get covered in just lovely manicured lawns and woodland with a tennis court, statues, pool and convenient seats built around various trees to sit and wait for bugs bunny to pop out. So went up after work on Thursday to have a nosey and see what was about, didn't spot any squirrels but to be honest I didn't look too hard this time as it was seven by the time I arrived and knew he wanted bunnies sorting so got cracking with them. Had first two within 20 mins of getting there at 36m while sat on a seat under a big old chestnut tree they popped out from under a fence ten mins after I saw them run away on arrival, doe and buck both in lovely condition. Had a chat with him and decided to let the really small ones grow a little rather than just annihilate them. Had a couple caught in the act of ruining the lawn. And ended with these. He phoned me next day to say he was happy and I can come whenever I want. Also said that was the least he's seen at night for a while so should be some good bags to come yet😊 Going to take peanuts and feed a few places for the squirrels as he really wants these thining out. Happy chap! Hope you like the pics. ATB P. T

Paul taylor
Aga man. They where very healthy before I'd done with them! Well built lovely fur and hardly a flea on them. Only strange thing was that they disappeared after dark rather than more appear which is what I usually find but I suppose each place is different and maybe this will change as the nights draw in. She's a beauty and lovely and light, ideal for a scrawny fella like me. I won't be skinny dipping until I fix the pool heating lol.

Fisheruk
Nice one mate. I find these little squirrel feeders I make from scrap pallets etc are very useful for getting squirrels to feed in a safe and discrete area. The lid is made from the base of an old saucepan because they try and chew wooden lids. The lid stops birds from nicking the nuts and give an easy feed for squirrels. You may find them helpful.
