I don't understand half of it but it's all fascinating and great to see a true craftsman at work. I've always felt it must be a great feeling to (re)build and engine and get it to fire up. Thanks, keep it coming. thanx very much for that...........................but my hero's are the guy over several mths built a punt gun from scratch the guy who built a punt from scatch and all the guys who restock guns and rebuild guns those are very gifted people as said before....im and old style tinker......................im the one who goes round the villages with a scissor and knife sharpener mounted on a bycicle.........and who can mend pots an pans... but thank you all the same...... ditchman Posted October 25, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 25, 2015 Cleaned up and sprayed the side plate/covers this afternoon....the one with the spacer is where the "fuel lift pump" bolts on and an arm goes thro the opening and rests on the cam pump lobe.................
