Always enjoy your videos b325, flightlining is the finest form of pigeon shooting alongside roosting imo. I have often sacrificed a good bag over decoys to enjoy some flightline sport, just don't tell the farmer :)

 

Given all the recent talk of cartridges can you tell us what shells you were using in the video?

I was using Rio super game 32g 6.I've been shooting since I was 14,I'm 40 now and have tried all sorts over the years. My thoughts on cartridge choice are pretty much any will do out to 40 yards (with a bit of choke), any further than that then you need something you have confidence in.

I used extra full chokes.In my opinion they do make longer shots possible but the trade off is more normal range shots (25to 35yards) are more difficult.

my miroku is fixed with 1/4 3/4 and I sometimes wish I could change to half and full for cleaner kills at range
