McSpredder
There are some idiots posting on Facebook shooting groups....and it is possible to tell whether a post was from a genuine shooter, and not a deliberate trouble-maker? Sorry for being so ignorant about Facebook, I have not signed up with any of these socialist mediocrity groups, or whatever they are called. Be he wanted a recommendation on what to use I pointed out you needed steel or non toxic and many go us bite my head of saying you didn't need to use them on duck on a shoot or inland

10gaugewannabee
as usual, most people forget this simple rule, just because its on a computer screen or a website does not mean its correct, legitimate or legal to do so . the problem is now all those answers have come up that person is going to think its ok to use lead in that case or situation if the person had asked on a website like bsac he would have got better info, shame so many people use face book rather than there own brains
BrowningB525
In fairness, I needed some goose cartridges in a hurry out of season (canadas) most shops I called didn't have 36g no1, but offered me a lead equivalent. Even after me saying "what do you have for geese?".
reggiegun
Ask Archie-fox about the large gunshop in the northwest he went to and asked for some goose cartridges. They offered him lead.
eieieio
Facebook is the worst thing ever invented and nothing would shock me on there. Anyway, I'm just about to log in and give my opinions/advice on eco energy, quantum physics, brain surgery and the current state of the financial markets. As I work full time as a supermarket trolley man I'm qualified to give these views.
Harnser
I would have to agree that lead is better than steel for shooting duck . But unfortunately lead is now illegal on wildfowl . Harnser

Underdog
Has anyone recorded a duck suffering from lead poisoning? The irony of decrying someone shooting a duck with lead when they themselves shoot duck kills me. But doing something that could harm another human being is beyond most!
