  1. i hate it when a hard working bloke gets kicked like this. as for the traps, as well as gun grounds and the like i would see people buying them for there own use, say a few lads on a permission buying a trap thrower in the pub etc, or is there a market for a european sale as for police intervention i have very strong negative views on their speed of action
  2. good to see at long last decent sized punishments being handed out
  3. JAP did a four stroke, it could be that your biggest weak spot on any 1950's machine or earlier is the magneto, you either are lucky and have one that works or one that requires being rebuilt by a bloke somewhere that charges £2000 per hour and takes a week to mend a single mangeto the engine and gear box are easier to have problems with
  4. brilliant video, i dont like the jumpy nature of his video editing at the beginning though
  5. i have also decided today to make this fair. to any one thats interested in this, please send me an pm, with how we are going to do the deal , if your going to collect and if so when and you plan to transfer the funds

  8. i love astons but they have gone down the porche route and they all look the exact same now, shame but they have lost the style icon they once were
  9. i am very very anti dogs trust due to past experiences with them
  10. its a great price and deal, but i cant afford that till the end of the month, the single 12 sounds great as well as i want to blow the breech out for a show piece as well
  11. same here i would report it under the 101 call line today that driver discussed it, may be next week he drags the bloke out of the car and gives him a battering seen that happen a few times over the years and at Christmas time people are even more wound up than normal so even easier to snap happened to me once ten years ago when i was driving a jumbo transit, the guy stopped the rood dead and kicked off, even tried to get into the van to get at me and then started to elbow the windows to smash them, thats when i got out of the van with a tyre iron in my hand and at six foot three and very very big with it he decided to leave and drove off
  12. as usual, most people forget this simple rule, just because its on a computer screen or a website does not mean its correct, legitimate or legal to do so . the problem is now all those answers have come up that person is going to think its ok to use lead in that case or situation if the person had asked on a website like bsac he would have got better info, shame so many people use face book rather than there own brains
  13. i would be happy to have one near by, better than a nuclear plant or a coal fired power station, after its built and running you wont notice its there any way
  14. darwin award winner in the making, i have seen some of his videos on line as he comes up on the suggestions it amazing me he has lasted this long
  15. that for me is great value for a nights outing, and thats after i add in the cost of fuel to drive over to him. in fact if it was not for the fact i am skint and cant afford it would be buying a couple of nights out myself thanks for the advert ackley if i get the dosh together i will send you a pm
  16. just seen the video on face book and fair play to the lorry driver i say, people like this plonker in the car is the reason why i believe all transits should be fitted with stinger missiles for middle lane sleepers the fact that a lorry in the right hand side mirror did not wake this person up is the first warning he was fast a sleep as for even thinking he is going to stand his ground against a 40t lorry is even more he was fast a sleep sorry but as you can see lorry 1 car 0
  17. second vote for a mec 600 just brought mine a great piece of kit i can get sets of dies for 410 as well as 12g and 10g and most inbetween
  18. i have been reading about this and for me he was right to do it, she had an animal that was on a lead but was not under any form of control, the injuries caused several brain issues and for me it was all justified i see a lot of these leads as aa dog owner my self and people only every use them to yank the dog back to them when they want to, its a excuse for no training for the dog or its owner, all of my dogs dont need leads and do as they are instructed but they wear the leads for other peoples stupidity
  19. great suggestion but how do you do that in winter?? or is shell collecting a seasonal job of in the summer time
  20. i went up the local clay shoot at the weekend and did the usual bin collecting of shells but as some had been out in the rain or had become damp and so forth, i have just looked at them at home and they are spotting with rust on the heads they are in a pillow case on a radiator upstairs so what can i do to prevent rust spots? do i treat with oil or such when i collect them? but if i use any form of oil will that not kill the primer cases
