Stonepark
Roast hot oven (200c) for 14-15 min, let stand for 5 min before serving rare.
Fatcatsplat
Malc - Pluck and draw it, give it a very quick sear in a bit of butter and then 10 mins in a hot oven with an onion or orange stuffed inside it. It's a lovely, lovely bird to eat and breasting it means you lose all the lovely nibbly bits on the carcass. Enjoy!!
lord_seagrave
What about spatchcocking it? If you've bothered to pluck the little beggar, you should try to get as much skin to nibble on as poss. Blast the cut side under the grill, and then turn it skin side up with a bit of melted butter and some chutney. LS Ignore that Malc. I see your post says "teal breast". Pan-fried with butter, prunes and Armagnac. LS

Penelope
This will be aimed at domestic duck breast, so I would amend the times somewhat and perhap do away with scoring the breast as there will be very little if any fat on a Teal breast. Fenboy's suggestion is good if you have breasted them. http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/roastedduckbreastwit_90793
