Wingman
If you were buying a gun and had 2 grand to spend what would you consider? Primary use is clays and walked up rough shooting, side by side or OU but not autos or pumps etc. Its my 50th soon and my wife wants to buy me a gun! have been thinking of an english gun or something lika an AYA no2 or perhaps a Guerini. Some ideas from PW would be great!! Cheers guys.
Glenlivet
A not very 2nd hand Guerini Maxum comes in around the 2k mark. 30" barrels would fulfill both requirements.

figgy
If its primary use is for clays buy a clay basher. A nice Grade five or six Mk 38 can be had for your budget. For a bit more a Beretta EELL used if you prefer the Berettas. I would not be buying new as you can get a gun that's was double your budget new. I like mirokus but would like something a little more "unusual" but not sure what that is!! Never been a great Browning fan but a Beretta EELL would be of interest.
