ghosthunter
Quick question. If you bought a hide net would you expect it to have loops for attaching to the poles?
Cosd
No. The loops would govern where you set your poles and I like to build different shape/size hides so even some of my nets that do have loops, they don't get used.
Scully
No necessarily . Just bought one of those Jack Pyke nets and it had no loops; it's not an issue really.

jeffjjack
I always carry a selection of bits of parrachord in my bag, different lengths for tying guy ropes if windy, tying pole tops to trees, tying nets to branches etc... very useful and last for ages Edited August 24, 2016 by jeffjjack
TIGHTCHOKE
Try these, they are cheap and work well.
Bobba
Try these, they are cheap and work well. +1 very useful. Clips net to top of pole. Another further down the pole to stop the net flapping on windy days. Clip pieces of Ivy or light branches to poles to add to cammo etc
wymberley
Try these, they are cheap and work well. Where from, please?
TIGHTCHOKE
I got them from the pound shops and even the local ironmongers, both my son and I carry 10 and they are very useful but not too much of a worry if left behind. They come in different sizes but we tend to use the 4 inch version. We also place one on the inside of a hide pole to make a gun rack! Let me know if you struggle to find them. Good luck
