wisdom
Could be but it would be nice to folow up with a UK version. That way the general public would get a true perspective of our trades. And see how our licencing works.

TIGHTCHOKE
It's about everyday life in a small town gun shop in Michigan USA!
will2490
watching the advert for it somehow I don't think it will be singing the praises of the Second Amendment. Black rifles. Guy at range giving black rifle a burst.Mother taking kids into gunshop,Man looking lovingly at his rifle as he cleans it, kids taken to the shooting range. Kids jumping at sound of gunshot at shooting range, guy holding baby as he's buying a gun. It will be as biased as it can possibly be. Vince Green
Having been in quite a few gunshops in USA, I don't think it will do us any favours
Thunderbird
Presumably the reason why they haven't made a documentary about a gun shop in the UK is that it would in fact be pretty boring, what with all the sane, level-headed people going in there for a new 1/4 choke for their Miroku, some foxing rounds, pheasant cartridges and a pair of wellies. Fuji Shooter
Or my local one in Broadway where he sits there all day praying someone will turn up and buy anything.

anser2
Anglia TV made a program about a gunsmith ( Tilneys in Beccles ) years ago in the 70s. I even had a minor role in it as my mate and I popped in for some shells on the way home from the marsh. It was tipping it down with rain when we opened the shop door to be confronted by a aray of bright lights for the camera. Some girl ran over to us and asked if we would go outside again as they wanted to film us coming into the shop. We were not too happy standing out in the pouring rain for five minuets until the girl shouted "Action". Part of the film was made on a pheasant shoot . Tilney pulled of a very high right and left only to turn around as the producer said " can you do that again we missed it on film" His reply was not very polite to say the least! Pushandpull
Tilneys : still a proper gun shop like Richardsons at Halesworth. That great comedian and folksinger Sid Kipper once proposed that when creating a greater Norfolk "Reich" we should strike south and annex Southwold with Adnams brewery. We might have these two as well.
