The Boy Hamilton

Lets see what his team mate makes of this....

Whilst you can't trust 100% the media reports of what Alonso said to a Spanish journo, it still sounds like he has the major ****.

If the car makes it round I reckon Hamilton will do it - the track's easy and Hamilton is a robot when it comes to driving fast.

I hope he does it, and i hope he walks all over Alonso. Nothing worse than a sore looser.

Hamilton has a special gift for driving, unfortunatly starting the way he has, he can only get worse  Lets hope we dont see the start of petty rule breaking (bet the officials would love to find a reason to DNF him) And from the way alonso was driving at the last meeting i would say he is a differnt sort of risk to hamiltons race than he might intend.

Heres to hoping we see him on the pole again and the only time other drivers see his car behind them is when they are being lapped.

The lad seems to be a boy wonder......shame it is in a sport that is so ***** boring no one realy cares.....look at our characters who have done well.....damon hill and the Jersey special constable....both had as much character as a wet ****....I hope this new lad has a bit of reality about himself and can bring what was once an exciting sport back to the average joe.......just seems to be whoever spends the most money and gets to the first corner first wins....unless the team boss tells the other team member to pull over to let the other one win.....how on earth is that racing

Mind you the cuties in the pit lane are worth a look......but still not a patch on the hunnies at the motorbike GP's and world superbikes.....now there's proper racing

Mungler, there are no two ways about it the Spaniard has the major ****

He was mumbling almost incoherently to some journos about how he was faster than Lewis, and I think I have started to see the "Cleuso Twitch" every time someone says "lewis" or "hamilton"

As has been said, he's already nearly taken lewis out once trying to be faster than him off the line, lets just hope he doesn't take him out today.

Isn't that ironic, Alonso mumbles about how he is quicker than Hamilton yet he does not out qualify him. Maybe I misunderstand the qualifying system but doesn't the fastest guy go to the front?

I say good on him and good for F1 although how long will it be before the tabloids start saying how boring F1 is with the same results race after race.

Hamilton obviously has the talent and drives faultlessly lap after lap and if that rattles the spaniard then so be it. There isn't many team mates that get on when one is loosing out to the other, especially when the other is a rookie.

Alonso is a *****! When Rossi had a test drive in the Ferrari last year and he posted some very fast times, Alonso said that it proved nothing and if he did a few laps on a moto gp bike he could be as quick as Rossi.

When Rossi challenged him to a F1 race, Car Rally and then a moto gp race to see who was the best, he suddenly went very quiet.

The day he beats Rossi on a moto gp bike is the day my ****hole heals up.

Reminds me more of a very thoughful and methodical Shumaker.

Oh he good though, no doubting that.

However, as has been said on this thread, F1 is still rather dulllllll........................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Woah what was that? Ah, a pit stop, exciting.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Senna = Legend, still winning when he was killed  ( I mean killed as in bumped off).

Hamilton is good, he's very good. No in fact he's better than that, he's awesome.

In that race, the way he stood up to Alonso at 190mph, nerves of steel. One of the many qualities needed to become a legend.

I don't wish it on him, but bad luck will befall him at some point, its how he handles that and how he replies which will make him.

Its there for the taking.

Agree with mungler, the high points were the adverts and a pigeon flying in front of the camera. At one point I thought I saw a car over take then I realised I was looking out of the window.

Its not a sport. Its over once pole has been decided. As I said before its only a sport when an Englishman is doing well, last few seasons no one has mentioned just how dull it is.

Girls watch gp, men appreciate moto gp
