The  whole rest from work stance gets me confused, not sure my employer would let me take a break if I  was about to get done for drink driving. And as has been said people loose their lives because of this, normally an innocent bystander.

He definitely needs help, dont think his profession helps and id not be surprised if he was rushed back into work after his rehab.

A number of employers would look long and hard at you if you were convicted of drink driving. If you were involved in a crash - adios amigo. If someone was injured - definitely adios amigo.

I don't rate Ant and Dec, but they have carved out a career from being likeable and non-controversial. That has gone.

People as far gone as he appears to be seldom really recover, its a sad fact. They are getting ready to put him out to grass.

Even if he appears to have straightened himself out they will never employ him again, the risks are too great.

Really?

I remember reading his knee injury was causing him significant pain and the tv studios doctors on site were giving him heavy meds on set to get him through the shows. They can’t be that worried if they were doping him up and shoving him on stage!
