I still stand by community service and a fine. Then Labour will have her back. If I'm right then it will be a great injustice. She needs to see a custodial sentence. She has already lodged her appeal, it may be 9 months before it is heard but it keeps her out of prison until it is. Then she may go to prison. The appeal might get her out shortly, if it's granted, but the furore at the moment is that she's being paid £1400 a week sat in jail, and not exactly doing her job!
