Mighty Ruler
It was better than I expected, I think farmers can got the message over to the general public better than us shooters.

panoma1
Yes! Avery was not that impressive! Amongst other critics of WJ "litigation before negotiation" tactic Andrew Gilruth from GWCT and a farmer got the conservation of endangered species and damage to livestock caused by avian attack across well!........and successfully laid the damage caused by their (WJ) litigation at their doorstep......though Avery did try to foist the blame onto NE! I thought it was quite a well balanced report from Countryfile......... Edited July 14, 2019 by panoma1

I wonder if the farming community, which has as the figures suggest lost 29 million folding, going to take anyone to task through litigation and if so who would it be? NE for the complete failure of professional execution of their duties? Wild Justice, Avery etc; who despite trying ot blame NE must be held culpable for trying this on at such a known critical pest control time of the year and equally aware that NE were weak and there to be intimidated? There needs to be action against those mentioned but not mindless acts but hit them financially and mount an effective social media offensive that sadly for the most part they are very skilled at and therefore able to influence the population that do not understand the implications of believing these people. Don't hold your breath......the system is rigged so those in power or "in the know" can avoid accountability!

WJ is a limited company and they crowd funded most if not all the legal costs. They are protected from any costs.

Because he's a gutless ***** that's why... he didn't support the findings of TWO independant reports showing clear evidence that the badger culls were working but opted to say they 'may' be having an effect. He would more than likely lose his lovely little deal with the BBC if he sided with the facts... Would be interesting to have heard his thoughts about the GL on that feature though..
