Not the ford plant that they were closing in Bridgend? If so good luck, the lads were a nightmare. They were partnered with the factory in London so on London pay rates, every time they tried to reduce it they walked out. They had constant union disputes and walkouts to the point they felt they were untouchable. They also intentionally left work undone so they "had to" work weekend, although had pre-booked who was coming in to do it, taking it in turns to get the double time on Saturdays and triple time on Sundays.
