They ddo them in black and I've worn one in mid summer and you don't sweat in one. I'm. Shaven headed. +1 and they are available in XXL, boulder head sizes too. I got a realtree one from the states, love it. Although, the OP maybe isn’t after a baseball cap...

Great hats, not cheap mind you. Lost my first one in Sri Lanka, replaced on their insurance (new one half price). They then replaced that for free when part of it wore through, after 13 years of use. 4 hours ago, washerboy said: Yes I'm a superdome, bauble head. Fatcatsplat
If you wash it, just watch if the peak is stiffened by cardboard - make sure it's flat when you dry it
Townie
Thank you for all the input. I washed it on a silk cycle this morning and it’s now drying flat. I had a quick try of it and it hasn’t shrunk.
grrclark
If you are worried about your tweed bunnet shrinking as it dries, put it on whilst still a bit damp. That way you get a good snug fit when it is dry.
JohnfromUK
I have washed mine. Mostly fine - one went all 'lumpy' as the lining didn't like being washed. Tilley are good, through the brass rings/vents go green after washing.
