DUNKS
Paypal to the rescue. Just been right royally stuffed on an antique chiming clock, bought from facebook market place. I know age does not always bring wisdom!! Spoke to the seller several times to get him to refund on the load of rubbish he sent me. Was told in no uncertain terms to get stuffed. "words to that effect" Yesterday I started a claim through Paypal and got a reply just to say that a full refund has been made. Relief. steve_b_wales
Paypal take the side of the purchaser 99.9% of the time. I bought a camera lens via Ebay for a seller in the USA. I was sent a totally different one that was advertised. I contacted the seller, who ignored my messages, and after complaining to Paypal, I received a full refund including the postage I paid for the item.
