Stephen-H
Whilst scrolling through my YouTube feed the other day i stumbled upon this short series of Tims wild kitchen. Its Tim Maddams from river cottage doing a series of short videos of shooting, fishing, foraging & the cooking up the catch well worth a watch. Lins lad was a chef for years . He's cooked food everywhere from old peoples homes, to very very swanky restaurants. He reckons the highest quality food that he ever cooked , was during his time working at River cottage.
sandspider
I've now watched it to the end, and while the food may not be quite what I'd like, at least he's out in the countryside shooting it himself (or trying to!). I'll watch more at some point.

It might not be for everyone & the food is a bit lardy dar & some heavy sponsor plugging but it's nice to see someone doing something similar to the first couple seasons of river cottage.
