Plenty of shooting, eating, drinking and laughing. Cold meats, cheese, venison, pig cheeks, orange brandy, countless ports, sloe gin, pale ale, limencello. I shot the fox on a very steep and ice covered bank, I sent her she and she picked it but it was a heavy set dog fox so it was 2 ft forward and 3 ft backwards, I ended up grabbing it myself. My old boy, who died earlier this year, effortlessly retrieved any sized fox but he had much larger jaws and a strong head and neck. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
