Rob85
As we usually order our Christmas meat through the brother in law he would cook our ham for us but this year its my turn to cook it myself. I've just gave peppa pig a lovely soak in my personal stock pot spa for 2 hours, followed by a lovely deep tissue massage of mustard, brown sugar and honey from my friends hives. Finished with a nice relax in my hot box for 45 minutes at 200Ā° Hopefully that has her feeling tender š

First one bottle but a lot of that got absorbed / evaporated as cooking progressed, so I added another. I never let the level drop below half way up! JKD
Ham cooked and half eaten already š I went for cooking in apple juice with peppercorns, a chopped onion, a small amount of demerara sugar and a couple of sprigs of rosemary. Finished in the oven with a honey and mustard glaze. Although I did take my eyes off it for a few minutes and overdid it a tad, it still tastes very nice š Ā
