Nial
I've got a 90's era Omega Dynamic watch my wife bought me as an engagement present, I wouldn't buy one again but it has a lot of sentimental value. The original leather strap wore out fairly quickly so I bought two new Omega replacements, they weren't cheap but not _madly_ expensive. On the Omega store thay are now £470 for the strap and buckle, this is more than half what the watch cost (25 years ago). https://www.omegawatches.com/en-gb/omega-watch-straps-brown-leather-strap-032cuz006728w I'm looking for an alternative, does anyone have any good recommendations? The watch itself is 13mm deep so the strap needs to be reasonably well padded. Thanks for any pointers.
wymberley
Can you cheat, I did? Is the buckle pin the usual spring loaded type and the Omega motif on the buckle? If yes to both, remove the buckle and keep (and the pin). Get a half decent strap of your choice and replace the buckle with the saved Omega one. 243deer
Pop down to your nearest leather smith and ask how much to make a replacement, https://www.mackenzieleatheredinburgh.com/?

Loki
Hi Perhaps have a look-see in https://www.watchgecko.com/. TZ-UK Forums have many Enthusiasts and drilling into its search facility should turn up some options, maybe even someone with a left-over original they would move on.... They are well made. I wear it 24/7 and its lasting well. Over 18mths old now. I just clean it with saddle soap occasionally.
