20 bore

Afternoon, I’m looking to get a 20 bore in the spring ready for next season as I’m wanting to try and do a bit more duck shooting on the shore. I was wondering what 20 bores folk have been using to good effect? I’m aware of the ‘what fits best’ but I’m looking at yildiz/kofs for over/unders and even more brands in semi autos.

Factory steel loads seem to be capable for ducks from what I’ve read and I’m geared up to load some hw15 should the chance of geese arises, cheers for your time.

My lad has a bettinsolli crypto, it’s a lovely gun….I can’t hit a barn door with it…tried and failed.

he had a 28  bore KOFs before it. If anything that was even more attractive!

He’s used lyvale and fiocci steel 24g 4’s. He’s taken ducks at a more than respectable range.
