old'un
This is my Air Arms SM100 .22 (I know dont laugh) I have had this rifle for about 20+ years, its a heavy gun, single shot and about 1180mm long, its deadly accurate and has killed a lot of stuff in that time, so for those in the know….what would be the effect on the gun if I shorten the air cylinder and barrel, apart from it being shorter and less shots that is, also as there ever been a conversation kit for the SM100 to make a multi shot (magazine type) or does anyone know of anyone who as converted one, thanks. manthing
If you're set on doing it, speak to someone like Carl at airtech and see if he'll do you a shorter titanium cylinder and a shroud for the barrel. That will increase the shot count and bring the length down.
bruno22rf
Leave it alone, it's a piece of Airgun history and needs to be kept original.
