30-6
Done a search for 75 yds zero trajectory for a .17 hmr with 17g hornady v max, on web and this site. Can't find one all seem to be 100 yds or more. Can anyone be kind enough to point me in the right direction or work one out for me out to 150 yds. Thanks in advance. Ultrastu
The reason is there is virtually no drop difference between 75 yds and 100 yds it's about 6 mm so 1/4 of an inch . The bullet is 4.5 mm wide .no one can shoot that difference at 75 yds . 110 yds probably gives the flattest and longest point blank range for a 17 hmr .point and squirt from 15 - 135 yds with every distance falling inside a 1 inch group . To be fair the hmr tends to open up group wise after 150 yds .so a drop reticle is kinda pointless on quarry .and wh most people just use a fine cross hair . wymberley
Grammar school obviously wasn't much good for common sense. Scroll down and use their calculator specifically for this round and your needs. 17 HMR® 17 gr V-MAX® Varmint Express® Rimfire - Hornady Manufacturing, Inc

30-6
I guessed 75 and 100 wouldn't be far off each other. Most of the quarry I encounter are around 60 to 80, so I thought 75 is a nice compromise.

A bit will depend on what scope and how high your mounts are for this i lad high mounts and a variable power scope with a parallax probably to much scope 🙄🤔 when I set mine up for 60 yards (just past sensible) rimfire distance I found it was still on out to 100 and a little drop at 120 very flat shooting gun and probably more accurate than your average person holding it I’m sure you will work it out enjoy the little gun 😊

Rim Fire
Just stick up 4 targets 50 /100 /150 /200 and measure the drop
