Tandorri chutney

for a change ...tandorri mix ..add a spoonfil of mango chutney....add a good squeeze of chili sauce ...mix up with chicken thighs and leave in the fridge overnight...

served with off the shelf bombay pots and bas' rice

i forgot to buy courgettes   its lacking a bit of green stuff

cooked in a very hot oven

you can add all sorts of things to tandorri powder....it works well with crunchy vedge stir fried add tandorri powder and fry then add water ......then drop a couple of pieces of cod it or sea bass............serve with rice and mingy toutes.......and ice cold white wine.....and a few prawns if you are feeling flush

i post stuff up that is EASY to make...so other folk can say to themselves .."yeah i can do that..".....and have a go..................i think so much "chefing " today is so complicated and la-di-da...it puts folk off doing stuff

i spent most of my early life in a old tudor house with no heating 'cept an aga in the kitchen in the middle of the house....and used to watch my mum cook most of the food we had............she wernt a chef....she was just a good country cook............sort of rubbed on to me...
