It all looks nice - but, what are the unknown items?  (I recognise chips, beans, coleslaw and onion rings).

Fish 'goujons'?  Chicken 'goujons'?  Haloumi?  Deep fried battered chillies?

chicken gougers (southern fried style)

I wasn’t sure what to have for my tea - I do now. That’s right up my street. Off to the shops I go.

Mine is "processed in parts".  It's Indian night.

  • brown rice - fresh cooked
  • chicken dhansak - home made a while ago - from freezer
  • cauliflower stir fry, Indian style - home made with lots of onion and peppers
  • mini onion bhajis - Morrisons (processed I expect)
  • naan, garlic and coriander - Ocado, but with added fresh coriander, fresh chopped up chillies and fresh crushed garlic.

Look very nice Simon , might had looked a bit better on your new plates , or are you keeping them for when your royal neighbours come round for a spot of tea, none the less you have made a nice job of it :drinks:

Aldi do a McDonalds chicken strip copy - one with chilli sauce and one with BBQ - the BBQ sauce is divine as is the chicken, add 3-4  Aldi copy hash browns and a few beans and although it's absolute junk food it is sublime.
