Nothing illegal in bedding a porn but falsyfying business records to hide hush money payments made to the porn star to pevert the election is a felony

Nothing wrong in paying hush money.

Allegedly falsifying business records = a misdemeanor = a fine.

Falsifying business records before an Election he had the audacity to win = a never before seen in US history upgrade to 34 felony charges 🤣

Unanimous jury verdict , nah , just agree orange man baaad and we're good.

Good safe conviction right ?

Did you see the Biden fans outside the debate all agreeing Biden won the debate ?🤣

If you don't believe in the law then you have nothing.

... and if the law is bent by a dubious judge?

I wonder where your beliefs would stand had you lived in Germany in the late 30s?

Lots of laws legitimately passed then.

Not entirely true

Many a black man faced an all white jury in the Deep South in the 50’s and 60’s and whilst appearing to receive a fair trail, did not.

Now, put Trump in front of jury selected in New York, California or Brighton 😆 and there’s no chance he’s getting a not guilty 😀

There's law,  and there's political lawfare.

I would wager the cat is now out of the bag in the US.

If Biden can use it , so can Trump.

Trump is using it now, with the delayed rulings on imunity, the ramblings of Judge Cannon on Mar Lago.

The interference between the administration and the courts would fail EU democracy tests.

Biden stayed out of the Trump trial process and stood by the court findings for his son. A far cry from the bleatings of Trump.

You can't see any difference between the 2 cases ?

I see Biden supporting the law. I see Trump acting with impunity being given rights and leniency that no other felon would and still pouring scorn on the judicial system

I see Trump still in denial about anything and everything. Lying about pretty much everything. The bloke is a joke.

i guess many could also not see through BJ either. Its the same fawning for Trump.

Trump is currently using his supreme court weight of favour to decide if a president would have imunity if he were to assassinate his rivals.

The decision is Monday.

It appears that the citizens of the United States respectfully disagree with you and your analysis.

46 point swing to the Donald since April. Even they can see what’s going on.

I see Trump getting hit with all manner of slurs, litigation , impeachments, accused of treason, sedition, rape.

The media is against him , many of the political class on both sides are against him, and yet there he is , miles ahead, and virtually guaranteed the presidency.

He can't do this by sheer force of personality,  or some imagined collision with dark forces, it's done with the support and consent of the American voters, who see through all this lefty political skullduggery,  and comparing Trumps presidency , with Bidens presidency, the difference is clear.

You said the other day , you would rather have an embalmed 'zombie' Biden,  rather than Trump as POTUS..The thing is , that's what you have now.

It needs to change, and whatever Trump is , he's a better bet than dementia Joe.

This. Personally, I think Trump's a bit of a garrulous Womble of male chicken variety, but his deeds in office vs his tweets...

Anyway, according to the Daily Fail, Biden is having panic talks at Camp David with, uh, Hunter as his key adviser pushing him to remain in the race.  If this was a Netflix drama, you'd dismiss it as unbelievable.

I have seen him waving to empty stadiums and adding the people after. I have seen plenty walking out.

I would rather an embalmed Biden than a mad Trump. What a hobsons choice it is. The last thing the world needs is a mad man. The last thing the States needs is pardoned thugs, and an insurrection.

Women's rights, Ukraine, Europe, North Korea,  Felony charges, there are so many reasons not to want a loony in charge.

👍 forget the politics of the parties. What a carp choice.

Change the record will ya! Your TDS is getting tedious.

Either way with the supreme Court ruling today Trump as president can take out Biden and be immune from prosecution.

What do you mean 'take out' ?
He doesnt need to take him out in any way shape or form , Bidens done, end of.

Biden or the next opposition. Its clear from the supreme court opposition that any killing of anyone by the president as official business ( using seal teams was the example given by the court) would be legit.

It's a ruling waiting for the US version of Putin to take advantage of it.

Am I missing something here, Biden is the sitting president ?
If Trump is as dangerous as the left would have us believe, then that power is available , right now, to 'take out' the opposition, as in , Trump.
So why dont they do so, theyve tried everything else ?

It does not sound like a Biden act to me but then again maybe he will. Ruling was only just made and it looks like a get out of jail card for Trump but not his mates.

All as Trump needs now is to win in Nov and he ceasar. Total madness.

Very much like the king or queen in the UK who can, according to law, do virtually whatever they want.

Do you seriously believe Biden is in control ?

Biden is top dog now, in name anyway.

If they want to remove Trump, they can.

But the consequences would be catastrophic.
