After seeing Simon's mouth watering belly pork my ole lips were watering and I was getting hungry , so rather than cut up a bit of Chicken I stuck the whole piece on a plate and finished the veg off I had in the fridge as I normally buy all fresh veg on a Sunday when I have a day out , so this is the simple end result .

nice......bet that filled a hole...bet the dawg was **** outa luck tonite

T b h it was a bit excessive , I ate about half the chicken and my dog had the skin and some of the veg , I am not normally a big eater and I had to leave room for a Blackberry and Apple pie I bought , that was nice , the pie was just out of the oven and I should had warmed the custard up but I used it straight out of the tin , never mind I will know next time . learn by your mistakes as the say .    MM

Another nice looking plate of food.  Love a bit of roast chicken.  I have a bit of stuffed bacon wrapped chicken breast for tonight (got out from freezer last night) with similar veggies plus sprouts and a Cumberland sausage.

Very nice, good presentation too.

The next project has to be "cow pie" surely?

Funny enough Dave I have got a pie tonight , not exactly a cow pie as it is Chicken and Leek , still to big to eat in one go but Sunday night is finishing off the previous nights bits and pieces .   😋

And here it is; served with broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, mushrooms and sprouts - with roast crushed new potatoes and gravy.
