Kelt
Not had a .177 before and wondered if you had any suggestions re pellets that suit the Weirauch. Also the barrel seems to move a little in the shroud, is this normal. Thanks.
Mr.C
A little info on what you'll be doing with it may help people give advice. I'd start with jsb/air arms 8.4 but if you're target shooting you'll need to pellet test. Find a batch your barrel likes then buy as many as you can afford. eggy74
Diablo fields are spot on in my hw100 (sub 12)
enfieldspares
In my .177 PCP sub 12ft/lbs BSA Scorpion T10 I use Bisley Magnum. As I shoot squirrels and find that these heavier pellets give better penetration at the short 15 yards rang I use the rifle at to shoot the squirrels. I shoot head shots. Pellets, there are LOTS, but as above you'll not go far wrong trying 8.4s Are you plinking, target or hunting?
sportsbob
Every rifle is different, the last time I did a test on my HW100 KT Superdomes gave the best results with some of the more expensive brands having very poor accuracy,

Kelt
Thanks for all your help, Ill be using it mostly for Rabbits and squirrels. Ill try some that you've recommended. Re the movement in the barrel, I think its the band from the air tube over the barrel, it seems loose. Ill get it checked out. Thanks It is a second hand rifle. The `band` as you call it has rubber O rings around the barrel and air cylinder ,so is soft mounted to both.Hth
